Thoughts on if this is a good veneer case -

53 yo male
Chief complaint: uneven incisal edges #8/9 and lower anteriors, does not like 'square' shape of #8/9 and #23-26, does not like gradation of color from tetracycline staining.
Has had ortho twice, most recently in 2008-2009 to close diastema #8/9. He did not wear his retainers. I have his pre- and post-ortho records, and he did relapse a bit on #8/9. I cannot tell if the mandibular anterior cant was always there. Ortho doesn't remember but did mention that they noted he does have asymmetry.
Erosion - most notable on the left. I have similar IOIs from 2008, and the erosion has considerably progressed from then to now. I actually printed out the pictures for him to give to his MD, and his MD now has him on meds.
Grinder - does not wear a mouthguard.
No existing restorations or caries on max and mandibular anterior teeth.

I took an ear bow and mounted his case, but I'm not sure what I should be looking at in terms of his occlusion. He seems to have an end-to-end tendency on the left (little to no overjet), so I am worried that he'll pop off veneers. When I look at his post-ortho photos, the occlusion is the same as it is today in the posteriors. How would you treat #6-11?

And why does he have a the cant on the mandibular anteriors? And how to treat it, if he says no to doing ortho again?
