Looking for discussion on what others are thinking about how to treat this case.

New patient to our office. 19 yo female, history of trauma to maxillary incisors at the age of 8. Dropped something on face while lying on her back. RCT's completed on #8,9,10. Had large pulp chambers when RCT's were completed leading to very large lingual resins restoring the access. Stainless steel post in #8 appears to be held in place by radioulucent cement. Large class IV restorations on #8/9.

Chief complaint is that she doesn't like the shade of the RCT treated teeth, and she has had the resins fractured several times over the years. No apparent apical pathologies.

Questions that come to mind initially

1. Crowns or veneers or a combination?

2. Would you replace the post on #8?

3. Would you treat #7, which is a beautiful virgin tooth, just to more easily match with 8-10?
